Drums are making my ears bleed >.<

Not sure if you were going for the glitch thing...

I'd consider throwing hi hats in there too, ... yeah and the overall melody is fairly repetitive; not that this is bad, but i think it needs a smoother sound if your goin for the repetitive thing.

Jassummisko responds:

Yes, this song sucks balls man, its OLD

Like what I'm hearing but...

Needs to be mastered better definitely. Vox brought up. and Guitar. And hell brolly drums too. Bet the bass is ok though.

Nice job on the vocals, you got soul sister :D

Lol makes me think of step brothers

Daniel-M responds:

it was recorded with a guitar hero mic set up in the middle of a garage.....

YOU GOT BEST OF THE WEEK!!!!

THAT'S SICK BRO!!! CONGRATS :D

DJPureSuffer responds:

i know right!? :D thanks!

Jesus man!

F*ckin' badass intro that shit is strong and just jumps out and HUMPS your ears!!!

:D This is good! Heavy, rockin' nice drums, ... yeah bro you got me all thumbs up, how'd you make this?

(sick middle part with the evil organ and... jeez dude 5/5/5/5/5 favorite + download )

PROPS :) i wish i had skills like this kid.

Devastus responds:

Thanks alot man! It actually took me a longer time to do than usual since I was using Reaper as my DAW for the first time, old one kept crashing so much that I got tired of it :P I recommend checking it out, didn't crash once and has quite an intuitive user interface.

Got the perfect opportunity to test some other things aswell. The guitar tones are digi-amplified through FREE plugins, something I wouldn't have believed to hear and experience myself! I also did a new mix from scratch, wanted to get that "soundwall" feeling for that middle part :P

Thank you for the review! I recommend checking the Sword Master game too, it's a gem from the past (although hard as hell :P).

=} Yay!

Definitely diggin your intro, fat bassyness is workin, like the arp. too!

A lil' slow to progress into something new though...
And I almost think i'd like a bit more distinction between the bass notes.

(btw I hate losing .flp's, specially cause I can't save mine ((damn trial version)) so when I lose them it's like F MY LIFE! )

Yeah a bit repetitive, but strong intro I can dig it. Might turn up the highhats a bit, thats jus me tho.

in regards to the last guy, i dont think the words ruined it at all... O.o hmm.

:D good stuff tho!

Diddue responds:

Hey bro. Thanks for the review. Yes, I agree that there could be less repetitive. But hey, I think its pretty good considering that I have been using Fl for only 3 months. (:

Shhhhh... I have a cracked version...(;
Do you have a torrent program? I can hook you up with Fl studio 9 and Nexus 2.
Just PM me.

Thanks!

My thoughts!

Standard intro, ... think the skippy synth is eh... i wouldn't throw the old one back on it... I might just cut the skippy synth out.
The break is a little sudden too, maybe use a reverse crash to bring it to a halt?

I wouldn't just go back to stacking all the loops on top of each other..

I missed where the guitar was, but yea, throw in like a slidey lead synth those always sound good.

Or if you wanna keep the skippy part, go with the dissonance and make it funky and jaazzy :)

First, I said I am going to add guitar, and am having trouble with it. The skippy synh does need to be redone alot, planning on making it not so skippy. working on fixing problems with break.

That left me feeling... happyface :)

You know, despite the fact it could use a little studio polish if you wanted to get nit picky (was thinking strings in the background, or maybe a drum track if it was a little longer.)

But the feel dude, you got the emotion smack down in this! Very epic, ending is very uplifting too. Definite props to that, sparing but every part counts.

I give you double thumbs and say in this case, originality is good!

SavageSinfare responds:

When i get a suitable Studio program, it will be more polished :]

I gave the title to the song because it was the first thing that came to mind since "Caverns" was already taken, haha.

I truly appreciate the input, it's nice to know my first review was a good one :]

Very Chill, Very Smooth, Very Sexy :D

I definitely enjoy what I'm listening to man; Beginning is soft, flows really well. Percussion works good, you could try chopping up the drum loop maybe? Good dubstep rips everything up :D

I think your whomp might be a little too harsh? I can't quite pin what sounds off about it but I might adjust that synth a little.. Throw some variaton or effects into it. Or sweet machine gun noises :D

Excellent vocal track mixing btw. And I personally would cut the hi hats commin in at 2:23 ish that housy beat. But thats probably just me. Anyways, Definitely Awesome bro much better than I could throw together!

Aydin-Jewelz123 responds:

Thanks for the feedback! I'll see what I can do! :) I'll check out and drop some comments on some of your stuff in a bit! :D

Definitely a Rad start

This needs some definite work but what you've got has solid flow and a good beat to it. Piano melody fits right in definitely reminded me of timberlake in a weird way. Get a hook and some rhymes on there you'd be set for radio play! Good stuff tho!

i2abbitz responds:

Definitely appreciated man. I just had a sudden spurt of inspiration and had to lay it out really quick before I got side tracked. This is all I got out of it. I'm hoping to work on it a little more and possibly get some vocals on it. Wishful thinking.

Ohhh it meant up here

I like your intro that part was pretty good !

Once it breaks into the gong-noises I think their a little too harsh... The static effect is kind of cool, maybe a bit of reeverb on it would help it seem a little less..

"BOOM-done-BOOM" but then again thats kind of the effect.

But I do like the bell melody in the beginning. That part is solid. Maybe the last bar of the riff I would do different. But cool stuff. :) I think this would fit well with like a scary flash/game or something, Is that like drum roll noise when the cymbals start comming in? It keeps telling me to add letters to my summary because its too short haha.

BakiTheFox responds:

Sorry for a late response, thank you for your comment. :3 And yes, it's like a drum roll.
